Diploma of Remedial Massage

National Course Code HLT50307. 18 months full time or intensive 15 months

Diploma units build on the skills learned at Cert IV level and intergate both western and eastern massage modalities, providing advanced skills and practice, assessment, management and correction of postural misalignment are studied in depth.

Students also study self-care, counseling for practitioners and western pathology. Lymphatic Drainage is offered as a weekend workshop.

Career opportunities include all those at Certificate IV level plus Qualifies graduates to work at an Remedial Massage Therapist level in specialist areas such as elite sports and trauma related injuries and medial aftercare.

This Diploma can also be studied as a Dual Qualification and is recognised by all relevant industry associations and Health Funds.
